Nakkashane terms of use
Licence
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Nakkashane for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, selling or reverse-engineering the game's code, artwork or text is not permitted. If you obtained the game from the App Store, Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Purchases and refunds
The first wing is free. The full mansion is unlocked by a one-time purchase; there is no subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms; send refund requests to the relevant store. You can reactivate the purchase with "Restore purchases" using the same store account.
Content
The works in the game are original digital illustrations inspired by Ottoman art and created with the help of AI; they are not copies of real museum pieces. Historical notes are for general introduction and are not an academic source.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Backing up data on your device, including progress, is your responsibility and that of your device settings.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected; otherwise the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
