Privacy notice
Nakkashane privacy notice
In short: Nakkashane needs no account, contains no ads and does not track you across apps. To keep track of purchases, only purchase records not linked to your name are sent to RevenueCat; your name, email and payment details are never sent.
Information kept on your device
Your progress, language and accessibility preferences (sound, haptics, reduced motion, high contrast) and an offline copy of your full-version ownership are stored on your device. We run no progress server and hold no copy of this information. Your device's own backup (such as iCloud or Google backup) may include this local data under Apple's or Google's terms.
Game Center, Google Play Games and iCloud
The game optionally uses the platform's own game services. Signing in to them is not required; without it the game works the same way.
- Achievements: sent to Apple Game Center on iPhone and iPad and to Google Play Games Services on Android, where Apple or Google stores them under its own terms.
- Cross-device save: when "Cross-device save" in Settings is on (it is on by default), your completed works and stops, drawn constellations, daily work history, best move counts, achievements and game preferences (sound, haptic feedback, reduce motion, high contrast, difficulty and courtyard atmosphere) are written to an iCloud key-value record in your own iCloud account on iPhone and iPad, and to Google Play Games saved games on Android. These records can be merged on another device that uses the same account with the same platform service; syncing may not be instant. Your unfinished puzzle and language preference are not written to the cloud. Full-version ownership is not written either; only the store decides it, and the cloud record does not replace restoring purchases.
- This data stays in your Apple or Google account; it is not sent to Dode Yazılım and we cannot access it. When you use Google Play Games, Google processes information such as your player profile, game activity and app diagnostics and interaction data under its privacy policy. Apple's privacy policy applies to Game Center.
Purchases
The first wing is free. The one-time full-version purchase and its restoration are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The game receives only product information, the local price and the purchase result from the store. It never requests, sees or sends us your card or payment details. Your store account and the store's privacy terms apply. Playing works offline; purchasing and restoring require an internet connection.
Purchase records (RevenueCat)
To keep track of sales and verify purchases, on iPhone, iPad and Android the game sends purchase and restore results to RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). Apple or Google still takes the payment; RevenueCat only keeps the record.
- Sent: an anonymous app user ID generated at random on your device; purchase and restore records (product, price, currency, date, store transaction details); technical details such as app version and operating system.
- Also on iPhone and iPad: the device identifier Apple assigns to this developer's apps (identifierForVendor). This is not the advertising identifier (IDFA) and is not used for advertising or tracking.
- Not sent: your name, email, phone number, location, payment card details or game progress.
- RevenueCat processes these records on our behalf and under its own privacy policy; they may be processed in the USA. They are not used for advertising or to track you.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
- No advertising or advertising identifiers, and we collect no behavioural analytics. The only records we keep are the purchase records described above, which are not linked to your name. On Android, Google Play Games Services may collect app diagnostics and interaction data under Google's own privacy policy; that data is not sent to us.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos is requested.
- The game uses Unity's purchasing component for store purchases; Unity's analytics, advertising and account services are not enabled. RevenueCat's software component is used for purchase records.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. The only records we keep are the purchase records described above, which are not linked to your name; Game Center and Google Play Games follow their own policies; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Purchases follow your store's parental approval settings.
Retention and deletion
Nakkashane does not create a separate game account. With "Cross-device save" on, the game's record stays on your device and in your own iCloud or Google Play Games account. Turning off "Cross-device save" in Settings stops new syncing; it does not delete the record on the device or in the cloud. This version has no delete button inside the game, so to remove your progress and preferences you can follow this order:
- Turn off "Cross-device save" on every device where you use the game, then close the game.
- Remove the local record on each device. On Android, open the device Settings → Apps → Nakkashane → Storage and clear data or storage (clearing only the cache is not enough). On iPhone and iPad, choose Delete App; removing it from the Home Screen or offloading the app does not delete its data. Menu names may vary by version.
- Delete the cloud copy. On Android, in the privacy settings of your Google Play Games profile, use the option to delete the data of a single game and select Nakkashane; this does not delete your whole Google account, and Play History is managed separately. On iPhone and iPad, if Nakkashane appears under Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → Storage / Manage Account Storage, you can delete its data there. The game's record is an iCloud key-value record, not a file in iCloud Drive, and it may not appear in that list; if it does not, you can contact Apple Support. We cannot guarantee that every cloud copy has been deleted.
- Restoring an older device or operating-system backup may bring progress back. If an old copy remains in the cloud, reinstalling the game or turning sync back on (it is on by default) can restore it. Switching accounts does not delete the local record on the device.
Achievements are kept in Game Center and Google Play Games, which have their own terms; the steps above do not delete Game Center achievements. Deleting the app or its data does not remove the purchase from your store account; use "Restore purchases" with the same store account.
To have your purchase record deleted from RevenueCat, email [email protected] with your store order number (the Order ID on your Apple receipt, or the Google Play order number starting with GPA). We will find and delete the record. This does not cancel your purchase in the store; restoring later creates a new record. Without a deletion request, records are kept while the app is available.
Support messages
If you email us, we use that correspondence only to answer your request and keep it for at most 12 months after the request is resolved. To have it deleted, write to [email protected].
Your rights (GDPR and Turkish KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. The only data we (and RevenueCat on our behalf) process are purchase records not linked to your name and support correspondence; data Apple and Google process in their own services is covered by their policies; for requests about either, contact [email protected].
Changes
If our data handling changes, this notice and the store disclosures will be updated, with the new date at the top of this page.
